Rare Cane is a new independent rum bottler based out of Washington State. This bottle, one of their inaugural releases, was distilled at the renowned Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. It was aged in oak ex-bourbon casks for 11 years in Barbados and then 5 further years in the UK. Bottled at a cask strength of 58.6% abv, without any additives or chill filtration.
