The Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Bourbon is named after Buffalo Trace master distiller Elmer T. Lee, a WWII veteran and the father of single barrel bottling. Lee had worked at the distillery for over 4 decades and continued selecting the barrels even after retirement. He’s recently passed away, but left behind a legacy worth retelling. Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Bourbon has won Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2013, and countless others over the years.
